When I first meet a potential client or someone who has shown interest in working with me, I generally leave that conversation with the thought that it's only a matter of time. I embody the mindset of "when, not if" I get to work with you. But that road is not almost straight and the "when" doesn't always come quick - and that's totally fine by me. 

There is a prevailing thought in coaching circles that people will only work with you when they know, like, and trust you. Therefore, I would like to give you an opportunity to hear my story and know me a little bit better. 

So I'm very excited to share with you an episode of a podcast I recently recorded with a pastor friend of mine where we talk about my Army story, a little bit of my faith journey, my transition back into civilian life, and of course my coaching journey and how I continue to serve others through my coaching practice. It was a lot of fun recording this and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed sharing.
